At our Lenovo Laptop Store in Jayanti Market, Jaipur, we strive to provide genuine products and a smooth purchasing experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms related to order cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before the product is billed or dispatched.
Once the product has been invoiced or handed over to the customer, cancellation may not be possible.
To request cancellation, please contact us immediately.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
The ordered product is out of stock after payment.
Payment was successfully made but the order could not be processed due to a technical issue on our end.
Duplicate payment was made for the same product.
3. Return & Exchange Policy
Products once sold and delivered are generally non-refundable, especially if the seal has been opened.
In case of manufacturing defects, customers must contact the official Lenovo service center under the brand warranty.
Exchange requests (if applicable) must be made within 24 hours of purchase and the product must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Opened, used, or damaged products.
Change of mind after purchase.
Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
Software-related issues after activation.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
For cash payments, refunds (if approved) will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
